This current rate schedule is subject to change and negotiations. All of these pricing are for basic HTML documents. Those customers who wish to have larger content, mail services, mail lists/discussion forums, etc, or add Javascript, PHP, MySQL, Perl CGI, or any interactive content will need to negotiate pricing and support. Our current clients are hosted at our web site, we are willing to support a remote hosted website. Prices for remote hosting has dependencies on third party, so prices will reflect those costs of doing business with a third party. These prices are a general estimate of our charges. Prices depend on the size and space allocated, and work involved. This will best be determined once we have met with you and have gone over the specific website focus.

Please remember any pictures that are used for your website are preferred to be supplied by you. We have the ability to supply photography, at a separate cost.

Updates to a site for maintenance, include text and image replacement, corrections and minor additions/deletions allowed by current page design and content.

Maintenance Charges
All client websites are charged a monthly maintenance charge. This covers your websites space and bandwidth on our servers, and includes one hour of updates per month. Once your updates go past this limit you are charged our hourly rate for updates. Websites that are hosted at a third party domain hosting service are charged no monthly maintenance fee. You will be billed our hourly rate for any updates.

Digital Photography
We offer photography services for clients that are unable to supply images and photos for their websites. We will arrange a time to come to your business and take photos.

Below are our web packages. Size of website is determined by complexity of layout design, and the amount of images and webpages. These prices are a general estimate of our charges. Prices depend on the size and space allocated, and work involved. This will best be determined once we have met with you and have gone over the specific website focus. Web packages may be upgraded and expanded. Prices will be negotiated.
